“When you transform your mind, everything you experience is transformed.”

Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche

Rory Higham is an IFS practitioner, a meditation and yoga teacher, and a licensed acupuncturist. Rory has a degree in Asian History, another in Oriental Medicine, and he has completed numerous trainings across a spectrum of alternative healing. He has a particular interest in using Internal Family Systems to gain clarity and healing on personal and relational issues, and to enhance our day-to-day experience of life.

Having spent years exploring, practising and teaching the wisdom traditions of the East, he now specialises in working with people who have a curiosity toward the spiritual path and their inner world. Using IFS he helps people integrate their spirituality into their everyday life, heal their emotional wounds and find a place of balance from which to live.

IFS is very effective at healing deep trauma, addictions and serious mental health issues. Rory also sees it as something that all of us can use to feel good in ourselves, and as an upkeep of one’s mental well-being. Similar to having a good diet or getting enough exercise, only with infinitely more insight, meaning and depth.

“I have really enjoyed my time working with Rory. He offers a safe, non-judgmental space to do some really deep work. He is also thoroughly steeped in the traditions of both China and India, so he brings something unique to IFS, which I find really sets him apart. Can’t wait to do more work with him”
